You could try Devils Claw as this is traditionally used for joint pain.
Make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water - tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and juices don't count and are actually best avoided as they can all irritate the joints.
Falling oestrogen can dehydrate the 'padding' between the joints, causing inflammation and pain so that is why water is so important.
