You could try sage tablets for the flushes and a magnesium supplement for the mood.
Sage has no oestrogenic action so should be fine to take.
Acupuncture can often be really helpful for this so worth looking into as well.
Check your diet too and try to avoid stimulating foods and drinks such as caffeine, high salt and sugar foods, fizzy/sugary drinks, and processed foods as these can all make symptoms worse.
