background

I am 52 years old and I am going through the menopause. My skin is very dry and itchy, and there is also a tingling sensation that drives me nuts. My chiropractor says that the tingling comes from my neck. It makes no sense to me. What do I do? I'm also having trouble sleeping and I've noticed some weight gain as well. Please help me.

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
