Once you are through the menopause the usual symptoms begin to die down once your body has had time to rebalance.
However, stress, low iron, low thyroid and low vitamin D can all cause very similar symptoms so it is best to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out.
In the meantime you may find a good female multivitamin and Hypericum helpful (as long as you are not on any prescribed medication).
