I'm so sorry you're having such an unpleasant time. Don't worry though, there are natural remedies that can help you without the problems associated with the medications you can't take.
Firstly we need to deal with the flushes, as these are very distressing and uncomfortable and stop you sleeping properly. It's the poor sleep that then makes you feel as if you are cracking up, and which makes you more prone to panic attacks. So, start with Menosan tincture, as this works the fastest, and then you can go onto the tablets if you prefer a tablet format, once your symptoms are under control. These are made from an extract of Sage, which is non-hormonal and therefore isn't contraindicated for you. Take 15 drops of tincture in a little water or juice with breakfast, another 15 drops with lunch, and then 30 drops before bed. This should start to work within a few days, but stick with it as the effect increases the longer you take it.
In the meantime, make sure you are drinking at least 1.5 litres of still, plain water daily (preferably more), leaving at least 20 minutes between water and food (otherwise you get bloated), and avoid all caffeinated drinks e.g. tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, hot chocolate. Check out some simple breathing exercises on the internet, and practise them several times every day - just something simple such as counting to 3 as you breathe in and to 3 again as you breathe out will really help reduce the likelihood of a panic attack.
You can also take a magnesium supplement - try Salus Haus liquid magnesium - to strengthen your nervous system and reduce the ease with which you go into panic mode.
