These are signs of your oestrogen levels starting to fall. This reduces the chances of ovulation, hence you start missing periods. If oestrogen continues to fall smoothly and gently then you will just find your periods gradually peter out and you may not get any more symptoms than you feel now - especially if you look after yourself and reduce any other stresses in your life! If your adrenals are strong and unstressed then they can provide back-up hormones for your oestrogen and progesterone, which gives you a calmer ride through the menopause.
At the moment you may find that a natural oestrogen is helpful - have a look at Menopause Support, which contains soya isoflavones. Also, eating very attentively, i.e. sitting down to eat and chewing your food thoroughly, will reduce stomach symptoms and bloating. You may find that a course of Molkosan Vitality is helpful for the stomach too.
Focus on healthy foods - your veggies, wholegrains, nothing refined or 'white', dried fruit and nuts instead of sugary snacks, and no caffeine if you can help it, as this just makes your nervous system jumpy and drains your adrenals.
If you get any further symptoms there are plenty of natural solutions, so just let me know.
