I am 50 years old and I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid 2 months ago. My endocrinologist recommended Carbimazole. My T4 and T3 are almost returning after dedicated relaxation and mediating. Now I've missed 2 periods for the first time and the hot flashes have began. Should I say to my doctor?

Yes, it is important to let them know, the menopause may interfere with thyroid problems and vice versa so they may need to take this into account.
