OK, well to start with you are probably low in magnesium, especially as you are taking calcium (which soaks up magnesium, as calcium needs magnesium in order to absorb).
I'd be tempted to take you off the calcium and give you Salus Haus magnesium liquid for a month or so to see if this rebalances you. It helps with aches and pains, irritability, anxiety, heart beat, blood pressure - you name it!
Next up, are you drinking enough water? At least 1.5 litres of still, plain water daily, preferably more in this weather.
Have it warm rather than cold to avoid the digestive reaction, and sip it gradually during the course of the day (after an initial 500ml taken first thing on rising, at least 20 minutes before breakfast).
Don't drink with meals - leave 20 minutes between food and drink. Also, chew your food really, really well. This helps minimise digestive mayhem. You may also find that Molkosan Vitality helps sort out your digestive problems
