Mood swings/low mood is often caused by lowering oestrogen levels so a soya supplement or Black cohosh or Red Clover which all help to gently rebalance oestrogen may be helpful and some women find that acupuncture can be really effective.
If you feel fatigued/low libido as well you may find the herb Maca useful instead.
