Missing periods are usually one of the first signs of the approach to the menopause, so it is possible.
You may find that you miss a couple of periods, then they come back for a while then stop again and so on. This can continue for quite a while before they finally stop!
However, as you are also experiencing dizzy spells, it is advisable to check with your doctor.
The menopause can affect blood pressure which in turn may be a contributory factor to the dizziness.
They can also test your hormone levels and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
