Pain, or discomfort, in the breasts is actually a very common symptom as the menopause approaches, and it is often caused by hormonal changes.
You may find a kelp supplement helpful for this, but also make sure that you are drinking plenty of water as dehydration can make symptoms worse.
Some women also find that a cup or two of nettle tea a day can help as well.
However, it is always a good idea to get any breast changes checked out by your doctor as well.
