Hair loss is common in the menopause.
You may find a combination of a hair supplement such as Hair Complex and a magnesium supplement, at least 200mg daily, helpful.
Check your diet too and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy vegtables.
Also, make sure you are getting enough good quality protein - your body may need more of this during the menopause!
