Is there anything that you know of that could help a dry mouth? I'm drinking galleons of water but my voice seems to just vanish at random. A friend said that this was another symptom of the menopause. Is this correct? If so, is there anything that can help?

Falling oestrogen in the menopause can affect the mucus membranes of the mouth causing dryness and this may also affect the voice box.

You may find Sea Buckthorn Oil Capsules (just Google for more info), helpful for this and adding in a fermented soya supplement can help to gently raise and balance oestrogen. You can take both of these together.
