background

I am going to be 52 years old in July. My periods have just stopped and I have missed 2 so far. Normally, my periods were always regular. I have no other symptoms apart from being hot during the night, but not sweaty. I have done 2 pregnancy tests and they both came back negative. Is there anything that I could take to help?

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
