Menopause hair loss is better treated from the inside rather than a shampoo.
I would suggest a good female multi-vitamin and a hair supplement such as Hair Complex.
Some women also find taking a phyto supplement such as Menopause Support or, black cohosh, or red clover helpful as these are known to gently raise and balance oestrogen thus helping symptoms.
Stress can also be a factor in the menopause hair loss, so do try to keep it to a minimum if possible.
