Falling oestrogen can have an effect on the digestive system.
Usually it tends to slow it down causing constipation and bloating but occasionally, in some women, it causes diarrhoea.
The nausea could be caused by a sluggish liver as well. I would suggest trying Milk Thistle Complex for a couple of months as this is traditionally used to help improve liver function.
Make sure that you eat really slowly as eating too quick or on the run can be a contributory factor. Drink plenty of plain water every day too.
Stress is another factor; the menopause itself stresses the whole body and if you have day to day stress as well this just compounds everything, so do try to have a little rest and relaxation every day - this is great for all menopause issues!
