background

I would like to know if it's possible to go through menopause twice. I had a complete hysterectomy in 1997 and went through what I thought was the menopause. Now I'm 46 and I've started having some symptoms again. I also recently had half my thyroid removed.

Did you know?

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
