Dizziness is actually very common and most women will experience this at some point in the menopause.
The pain in the back of the head could be caused by blood vessel constriction being triggered by a sudden dip in oestrogen which then leads to dizziness. If this is the case you may find a fermented soya supplement, such as Menopause Support, helpful.
This is traditionally used to help gently raise and balance oestrogen thus reducing symptoms.
However, dizziness can be caused by other issues so if it is regular or gets worse, it is best to check with your doctor.
