Falling oestrogen can have an effect on the digestive system.
Usually it tends to slow it down, causing constipation and bloating but occasionally, in some women, it causes diarrhoea.
I would suggest trying Yarrow Complex and Molkosan for a couple of months as these are traditionally used to help relieve symptoms.
Make sure that you eat really slowly; eating too quick or on the run can be a contributory factor. Drink plenty of plain water every day too.
Stress is another factor; the menopause itself stresses the whole body and if you have day to day stress as well this just compounds everything, so do try to have a little rest and relaxation every day. This is great for all menopause issues!
