The best thing to do is to take a remedy to provide you with lots of nutrients that support hair growth - have a look at our Hair Complex, for example.
And take really good care of your digestive system so that you can absorb all the nutrients from the good food you eat (assuming you do. If you don't, then do!).
Drink plenty of plain water, as dehydration isn't good for your hair. And don't worry - more stress is the last thing you need.
