Ginkgo biloba may help with the memory and circulatory issues (hands and feet), although you should always have swollen ankles checked out by the doctor before self-medicating, in case your blood pressure has gone astray. If you would like to take Ginkgo, start with the tincture (liquid) format, as this works fastest.
The painful bones can be caused by low oestrogen levels, and this promotes bloating too; so maybe consider taking a natural oestrogen such as soya isoflavones, which gently supports your oestrogen. This takes between 4-6 weeks to start working. In the meantime, don't drink anything 20 minutes either side of your meals, and chew your food really thoroughly, which all helps reduce bloating.
