The painful bones can be caused by low oestrogen levels, and this promotes bloating too; so maybe consider taking a natural oestrogen such as soya isoflavones, which gently supports your oestrogen. This takes between 4-6 weeks to start working. In the meantime, don't drink anything 20 minutes either side of your meals, and chew your food really thoroughly, which all helps reduce bloating. You may also find Molkosan Vitality helpful for the bloating.
