background

I haven't had a cycle for 29 weeks. Within the last 3 weeks I've suffered from cramping, bloating, heartburn, and sore breasts. I feel pregnant but I don't want to disturb the doctor in case I am not. The last time I went they said that I was going through the menopause but they did not conduct any tests. Can you help me?

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
