Unfortunately, you may have come off the HRT too quickly and this is why you may be getting withdrawal symptoms (which are very similar to menopause ones!).
I usually suggest taking at least 3 months to come off HRT, slowly. However, if you wish to stay off the HRT then it may be better to try the Menopause Support to help rebalance your oestrogen levels.
Coming off HRT quickly actually creates a swift 'menopause' as you no longer have the extra oestrogen from the HRT and will usually only have a low level of your own natural hormones. Menopause Support contains fermented soya, which is known to help gently raise and balance oestrogen.
Sage may help the flushes, but has no hormonal action. I would also suggest a good high strength female multivitamin supplement.
Coming off HRT quickly can also cause adrenal stress which, itself, can cause menopause-like symptoms. What you are experiencing may be a combination of withdrawal symptoms, adrenal stress and low oestrogen!
A multivitamin can help to support the adrenals at this time. You can take all these together if wished, sometimes lots of things are needed to start with in order to get the body back in balance.
