As it's likely that you're through the worst of the effects of your hysterectomy by now, it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to have HRT now because you’d end up having real problems coming off it again later on. Essentially, you'd start the menopause all over again when you come off it!
You could take Menopause Support to boost your oestrogen levels more naturally, without any problems when you stop. This also provides magnesium, which is good for stress.
However, you could also take a stress-relieving herb such as Passiflora or Stress Relief Daytime. You may be mildly anaemic, so an iron tonic like Floradix might help. Also, it would be worth having your thyroid checked by the doctor to see if it’s under-functioning slightly.
