Your symptoms are all common menopausal ones and are usually caused by falling/fluctuating oestrogen so you may find Menopause Support helpful.
This is traditionally used to help gently raise and balance oestrogen, thus reducing symptoms. However, it does take a good few weeks to kick in.
Has your doctor tested you for low iron, low thyroid or low vitamin D? These can often appear during the menopause and all can cause similar symptoms. If you've not been tested then it is a good idea to ask your doctor just to rule them out.
I would also suggest a magnesium citrate supplement and a vitamin B Complex as these can help to support your nervous system (adrenals) which will be taxed by the hormonal changes going on just now.
Adrenal stress can also be a big contributor factor in menopause symptoms. Check your diet too and avoid caffeine, high salt and sugar foods, and alcohol as they can all stress the adrenals further.
Acupuncture can be really good for this so it is worth looking into as well.
