Sage has been traditionally been used for years as a treatment for hot flushes in the menopause so it is worth trying.
If you are getting flushes both day and night, I would suggest sage tincture as this can be taken up to 4 times a day.
If you tend to have them either day time only or night-time only then you could try the tablets.
Sage normally works very quickly, some women can feel a difference after a few days. I would also add in a magnesium supplement and vitamin B Complex - stress can be a big contributory factor and these supplements can often be of benefit too.
