Hair loss is common in the menopause and you may find a hair supplement such as Hair Complex helpful. Check your diet too and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy veg and also make sure you are getting enough good quality protein - your body may need more of this during the menopause!
The menopause itself often stresses the liver and the liver does contribute to hair growth so doing a gentle liver cleanse at some point may be a good idea too.
