Most women find that having a partial hysterectomy will trigger the menopause at around the same time as you would have had it naturally. You are now in the average age range of between 45-55 so it is possible.
Your doctor may be able to test your hormone levels so that will give you a better idea of what is happening, and I would also ask them to test for low iron or low thyroid as these can both appear at this age and cause constant fatigue.
In the meantime, you may find sage helpful for the flushes and I would also suggest a magnesium and vitamin B Complex to help support your body at this time.
