There are a few products that may help with your symptoms.Hormonal changes can often affect the metabolism and carb digestion, causing many women find that weight becomes an issue in the menopause.
It often seems that no matter how little you eat and how much you exercise, it makes no difference! I tend to suggest cutting carbs right down and increasing good quality proteins and vegtables - this can often help quite quickly.
Bloating can often be helped with Molkosan Fruit and I would also suggest a short course of probiotics - hormonal changes can affect the level of friendly bacteria in the gut, contributing to the bloating.
However, any bloating that is continual, or causes pain, should be checked out by your doctor as well.
Joint pain is a very common symptom in the menopause. Falling oestrogen can affect the hydration of the joints, causing inflammation and pain.
You may find Devils Claw and Arnica Gel helpful. Check your diet too, as caffeine, high salt and sugar foods and processed foods can all irritate the joints further.
I have made a short video on joint health in the menopause and what you can do to help yourself, so do take a look at it if you can.
