Even though I am on a low dosage of HRT, I seem to have gone off sex altogether. I am getting married this year and I am a bit worried about it.

There are different types of HRT so it may be an idea to discuss this with your doctor as they may be able to offer you another option which would help here.

The herb Maca is often used at this time to improve libido, mood and energy but you would just need to check to see if it is ok with HRT as it is not one of our products, just Google for more info.
