Hair loss is common in the menopause, you may find a hair supplement such as Hair Complex helpful.
Check your diet too and make sure that you are eating plenty of magnesium and calcium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, and dark green leafy veg and also make sure you are getting enough good quality protein - your body may need more of this during the menopause!
The menopause itself often stresses the liver and the liver does contribute to hair growth so doing a gentle liver cleanse at some point may be a good idea too or you could try the herb Milk Thistle for a couple of months as this is traditionally used to help support liver function.
Low iron, low thyroid and low vitamin can also cause hair loss so it would be a good idea to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out.
