This is a difficult question to answer as it will be different for every woman; some don't get flushes at all, some may only get the odd flush, others will get every day, some will peter out and others may get more as time goes on, sorry!
However, some factors can make flushes worse such as stress, poor diet (especially caffeine and high salt and sugar foods), illness, and medication.
