At 39, you are still a little young to be starting the menopause.
I would see your doctor just to check that your medication is not causing this.
Low iron can cause such symptoms so I assume you are on an iron tonic to help? Low thyroid can also cause similar symptoms so I would ask your doctor to test for this as well.
