background

I am 39 years old and I am too young to be going through the menopause, although I have had menopausal symptoms. I am also anaemic and on anti-depressants. I just feel like a totally different person; I have lost interest in everything and I have an increased appetite.

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
