Your symptoms are all common menopause ones and it is very unlikely that you could get pregnant at 52, however, if you are worried do go and talk to your doctor.

Make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water as dehydration can make breast tenderness worse. Try to avoid caffeine, and high salt and sugar foods as these can trigger symptoms too!
