Don't worry, the worst is now over as you will no longer be drained of blood on a regular basis - I have no idea how women survive this: we are tough cookies!
The symptoms you describe are the result of the surgery and will settle down so long as you pay great attention to your digestion. Stress, of which you've had a bellyful, is very destructive to the digestive process.
You need to take time to eat; sitting down and chewing your food really thoroughly will help. Try taking Digestisan tincture before each meal, and make sure you aren't drinking within 20 minutes either side of food.
Your bowel needs to be moving at least once, (preferably twice), daily, if you are eating 3 meals a day, so keep your water intake up and do the chewing, and this should happen.
This will reduce any bloating and discomfort too, as well as sorting out the skin outbreaks.
Drink nettle tea to cleanse your bloodstream in between all the water, (at least 1.5 litres of still water daily), and you'll be amazed at how good you start feeling as your iron levels come back up now you're not haemorrhaging.
