Hands and feet can become swollen due to dehydration (if you are having a lot of flushes or sweats), or due to raised blood pressure, both of which are common during the menopause.
However, these symptoms may not be directly due to hormonal changes, so it is always worth checking with your doctor, especially with regard to your blood pressure.
Also, drink heaps of plain water every day and reduce coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, and salt intake.
