Any breathing exercises which promote deep, slow breathing will help.
This kind of breathing calms the nervous system which can, in turn, reduce certain menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, and mood swings.
You may find 'Breath Better, Feel Better' by Howard Kent helpful, or you could check out Amazon. There are lots of books on breathing techniques and you might find one that appeals to you.
Or you could just practice breathing in to a slow count of four, pause for one, then exhale slowly for a count of four.
