Can using HRT for hot flushes and other menopause symptoms cause nausea and headaches?

Feasibly, yes it could, as too harsh an oestrogen supply is just as bad as too little.

It would be best to talk to your doctor about the side effects and maybe you could swap to another one? There are heaps of versions.
