The menopause can affect us in many ways both physically and emotionally and for some women this results in them looking closely at their life and maybe seeing things differently.
This may include deciding that their relationship is no longer what they want and we do know that some women will leave their partners and be perfectly happy!
However, the menopause can make us very moody, irritable and short tempered etc and we can start to find fault where there is none so it is important to really weigh up the situation and maybe talk it through with a friend or relative before doing anything.
