Breast pain can happen after the menopause and may be helped by supplements such as kelp. I would also suggest a month or two on Milk Thistle Complex as well.
Dehydration may be a factor, so do drink plenty of plain water everyday and try to avoid caffeine, high salt and sugar foods, and fizzy drinks.
Also make sure that you get yourself measured properly and regularly. A lot of the big stores offer a free service - after the menopause breast shape, size, and density can change a lot and an ill-fitting bra can be a big contributory factor!
