You can get a constant headache with colds and flu but these usually go as you get better. Headaches of this nature are often caused by blocked sinuses, which increase pressure in the head. You may notice that your headache gets worse if you bend over.
Headaches caused by cold and flu are often treated with simple pain killers like paracetamol, but you may also find decongestants or nasal sprays such as sinuforce useful for clearing out the nasal passages and easing sinus congestion.
Make sure to drink plenty of water as dehydration will worsen your headache!
If the headaches continue or get worse then it is advisable to check with your doctor.
