My son now 20, has pretty much had a constant blocked nose for the last two years. The doctor has been treating it as chronic sinusitis but the nasal sprays haven't got rid of it. It is worse when he is stressed but even when well in himself one nostril is blocked - no headaches or other cold/flu symptoms. Can you suggest anything else he could try?
