Take the test now! There are a few precautions you can take before exercising outdoors. First of all, make sure you have any hayfever meds, such as a nasal spray, to hand in order to deal with any imposing symptoms. Wearing sunglasses (whatever the weather!) will help to prevent pollen from irritating your eyes.
You could also wear light, long-sleeved clothing, particularly if you are prone to irritated skin. This means that if pollen lands on these areas, you can just put the clothing straight in the wash when you get home and it avoids pollen being distributed around the home. Leaving your shoes at the door when you get home also reduces the chance of pollen being trampled around the house!
I would also say to avoid parks (if possible) and it is also known that pollen counts are a little lower in the morning and evening so you may want to think about heading out then.
