There are a few things that could make your allergies worse at home, including house plants, household cleaners and air fresheners (which contain harsh, irritating chemicals) and even toiletries. Also, opening windows during periods where the pollen count is high and drying clothes outside are also likely to contribute to hayfever symptoms.
I would recommend keeping your vitamin C intake topped up and try drinking nettle tea regularly alongside your regular hayfever medications.
