How to work at your computer without straining your eyesYou may benefit from some gentle eye exercises. To begin, stare at something at least a few meters away and hold your focus here for around 20 seconds. You can then return to your computer. You should aim to do this every twenty minutes or so.
To rest your eyes further, when you take a bathroom or lunch break away from your computer, close your eyes for at least 30 seconds. Also, at lunch time and after work, try to avoid doing activities that involve looking at screens. Walking, reading or even joining a club are all examples of activities you could do instead.
If your eyes are dry, you may benefit from using our Moisturising Eye Drops. These contain hyaluronic acid and Euphrasia which can soothe dry, tired eyes.
