In short, your diet could be playing a role if you eat too much salt or don't drink enough water. Allergies could also be a factor, and so could not getting enough sleep.
As well as trying the tips in my blog above, you can have a go at massaging your eyes to drain the fluid from this area when you wake up in the morning.
Wash your hands and, using a gentle moisturiser if your skin is dry, gently massage your under eyes with gentle, circular motions.
