If you suspect that the weather is upsetting your eyes, it’s possible that they could be too dry.
This might sound a bit odd if you're suffering from watery eyes, but it makes sense when you think about it. If your eyes become too dry or irritated, your tear ducts can start to overcompensate by producing excess tears.
The best thing you can do in this scenario is try to rehydrate your eyes by using some soothing eye drops such as our Moisturising Eye Drops. These contain Euphrasia (also known as Eyebright) and are safe to use with contact lenses.
If your symptoms don’t improve, though, it’s important that you do speak to your doctor.
