I presume that when you do pass urine, you expel a decent amount at each visit to the toilet.
Some people have a tendency to produce a lot of urine whilst in totally normal health. This might be because you drink plenty of water (a good habit) and if the other routes of you losing water such as through perspiration or your lungs is low. If you have noticed this throughout your life, it is unlikely that it should be of concern to you now.
Having to go the toilet often but passing relatively small amounts of urine might indicate a bladder infection. Rarely, it could be a sign of general bladder irritation or a bladder which is only capable of holding a small amount of urine. Passing a large volume of urine frequently, combined with a feeling of constant thirst may be a symptom of diabetes, hormonal or kidney disease.
So if you are worried or if you experience other symptoms, it will be best to speak to your doctor about your concerns and to have your health checked out.
