Yes, there is a lot of positive research out there to suggest that zinc is good for the prostate. This is something I have actually written about in my blog 'The best snack for your enlarged prostate' so I would really recommend reading this for some more in-depth information on how zinc works to help symptoms.
Some foods high in zinc include wheat germ, beef, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts and eggs so these are definitely ones to get more of.
