The most common prostate health problem in men over 50 years of age is enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Whilst changes to the prostate aren't always cancerous, it is also possible to have an enlarged prostate at the same time as having areas in the prostate gland that contain cancer cells.
